The Legend of the Diamond Moon Rocks
Diamond moon rocks are rare treasures believed to bring good luck and magical powers to any Foxolotl that finds and eats them. The legend says that eating three diamond moon rocks can transform a Foxolotl into a Kitsahni, a Foxolotl God with incredible strength, multiple tails, and the ability to fly and make it rain. Hydra and Nokey's quest to find these magical rocks drives much of the story's excitement and mystery.

A Coming of Age On Transformation and Healing
After eating the diamond moon rocks, Hydra and Nokey undergo magical transformations, gaining new powers and discovering the depths of their courage and friendship. Harlyn Unruh, a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, grew up as an imaginative and curious child, often lost in his own world of adventures and daydreaming. This natural creativity laid the foundation for his future as a children's book author.

Harlyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Northeastern State University and currently works in the mortgage lending and real estate industry, helping people buy and refinance homes. Known for his leadership and dedication to serving others, he is passionate about training and developing people to become the best versions of themselves and great future leaders.

Inspired by bedtime stories shared with his adorable daughters... Mia, Adley, and Briley, Harlyn creates magical tales with his caring and beautiful wife, Sarah. Together they infuse their stories with values of faith, friendship, and joy.

Harlyn's love for storytelling began at a young age, with teachers and family members constantly praising his creativity and imaginative tales.

Encouraged by their words and the many "you should write a book" comments throughout his life, Harlyn finally found the perfect inspiration in his own children. Reading bedtime stories and bringing characters to life with engaging voices and laughter sparked the creation of "Hydra the Faithful & Friendly Foxolotl."
